This course focuses on the basic elements of communication in the healthcare industry. Students will explore how to address diversity, equity, inclusion, and the role of empathy in communication. Students will examine the importance of communication in healthcare and strategies for improving interprofessional collaboration and conflict resolution in Public Health.
