MGT-320 Small Business Management
This course examines the practices and problems of starting and operating a small business. Topics including capital accumulation, the assessment of local markets, site location, and decision-making techniques of the small business entrepreneur are explored, and the role of small business in the United States economy is evaluated. Case study and problem solving techniques are used, as students interact with local small business owners to analyze real world business conditions. (every other spring)
