PSCI-303 International Relations

This course will introduce the student to the study of international relations by paying special attention to the institutions and actors of international political institutions. In addition, the student will come to understand how the policy choices of all governments are affected by the global economy, the scarcity of natural resources, and the conflicts caused by ethnic and ideological differences. (spring 2009)
