Undergraduate Catalog

Attendance

Each student at Felician University assumes the responsibility and obligation of regular and punctual attendance at classes, laboratory sessions and clinical experiences. Attendance is recorded as of the first scheduled class session of each semester.

Students should refer to their course syllabi for class attendance policies. Unexcused absence or failure to withdraw officially will result in an “FA” grade.

Students who process registrations, never attend class, and never officially withdraw will receive a grade of “FA” and are not eligible for tuition refunds.

Verification of a student’s attendance at Felician University will be released only upon authorization of the student. Students can request enrollment verifications through their Felician Hub accounts, Enrollment Verification Request tab.

OCICU Attendance Policy

All students must submit at least one post (ex: discussion, assignment/quiz) in their online course (not orientation).

Students who do not participate before the end of the 7th day of the first week of the term will be dropped for non-participation.

Please note, posting to the orientation will not meet the participation requirements. Students enrolled in two or more courses must post to each course.

Once dropped for non-participation, a student cannot be re-enrolled.
