NURS-704 Advanced Principles of Nursing Education

This course immerses students in the foundational and emerging theories of nursing education. Students examine adult learning theories, critical pedagogy, and reflective teaching models within academic and clinical learning environments. Emphasis is placed on inclusivity, technological integration, and developing learner-centered strategies that foster critical thinking and lifelong learning. Through analysis of historical and

contemporary trends, students prepare to assume the role of educator and leader in nursing education.
