ART-276 Art/Photography in Paterson
This new course offers an exploration of Paterson, emphasizing perceptual awareness and personal expression through photography. Students will answer the question: How do you define Paterson? Their answers may be found in Paterson's history, its architecture, its immigrant enclaves (past and present) and more. The students' final image portfolios will be incorporated into a publication and/or website, possibly integrating the Travel Writing and Community Writing courses as well.
