OT-511 Level I Fieldwork
Level I Fieldwork introduces students to the fieldwork experience and provides the opportunity to develop a basic comfort level with an understanding of the needs of mental health clients in a variety of clinical and community settings. This course involves directed observation, active discussion and participation in various aspects of the occupational therapy process with adult populations. Students practice professional behaviors, communication and leadership skills. Clinical reasoning will be developed through reflective learning activities.
