HS-490 Internship in Health Promo & Wellness
In this culminating internship experience, students will apply their knowledge and skills by implementing and assessing a healthcare promotion or wellness initiative based on their final pitch project from NURS 360. Designed to address the health and well-being of students, faculty, staff, or the broader Felician University community, each initiative will be executed in a real-world setting. Under the guidance of a mentor, students will engage in program implementation, data collection, and outcome evaluation while refining their professional competencies in health promotion. Through experiential learning and reflective practice, students will gain valuable hands-on experience in developing effective, evidence-based wellness initiatives.
