Program Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of this program, students should be able to:

  • The overarching objective of this proposed program is to develop ethical financial professionals with the mindset and practical skills needed to address today's most pressing environmental, social and governance challenges.
  • The curriculum, courses, and related class activities focus on the intersection of business and sustainability, social responsibility, strong corporate governance, and the fostering of ethical business professionals.

Degree Requirements

Candidates for the Associate in Arts, Business Concentration and Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Business must:

  1. satisfy all entrance requirements (Formal acceptance into the Business major, usually in the sophomore year, requires a 2.500 cumulative GPA.)
  2. satisfy the specific requirement in a major or concentration.
  3. fulfill a residence requirement of the last 30 credit-hours at Felician University.
  4. maintain an average GPA of 2.500 throughout the program.
  5. earn a minimum grade of “C” in all courses in the major.

Program length: 48 months (based on full-time enrollment)
